What type of payment methods does Bonnie Harms Designs accept?

Bonnie Harms Designs accepts most major credit cards and PayPal.


How soon is my purchase shipped?

At Bonnie Harms Designs, we strive to ship your purchase as soon as possible. Since all items are handmade, we will work to ship them out within 7-10 business days and certain items may be available to ship immediately depending on available inventory.

Custom orders take approximately 3–4 weeks, but we work efficiently to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. We recognize that there are emergency needs and we will work diligently for you on these occasions. If you have any other questions about if your order will arrive in time, please call us at (956) 655-2935.

***NOTE: Please be very clear with your timeframe request. We will let you know if the turnaround time is feasible and will do our best to make it happen.***

What is the return policy at Bonnie Harms Designs?

Customer satisfaction is of utmost priority to us at Bonnie Harms Designs and we will gladly accept returns on our pre-made wreaths. For returns, please contact us at Bonnie@bonnieharmsdesigns.com for a return verification number to be included with the return shipment.

For a full refund, please return item within 7 days in original, unused condition with all tags still attached. For items returned 7–30 days after, customers will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We will work closely with you to ensure that you receive exactly what you envisioned. Any flaws or damage to the products will be taken care of immediately.

Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

If you are purchasing a wreath as a gift and would like it shipped directly to the recipient, please note that in your order during the checkout process. You can also email us at Bonnie@bonnieharmsdesigns.com with detailed instructions on where you would like your wreath(s) shipped.

Does Bonnie Harms Designs create custom wreaths?

We pride ourselves in meeting the unique and varied needs of our clients. If you have a one-of-a-kind design in mind that you have not seen on our site, please feel free to email us your idea at Bonnie@bonnieharmsdesigns.com and include your name and phone number. One of our representatives will reach out to you shortly to collaborate and make your vision come true.

What size wreath should I order?

The size of the wreath you need is dependent on the area where you plan to hang the wreath. You should measure the diameter (width) of the proposed space and utilize these measurements to make the best decision. Standard outside diameter measurements for wreaths include 18", 20”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 48” and 60".

Traditionally sized doors will accommodate a 18"- 24” wreath, and larger doors are able to provide room for a 36” wreath.

Is it safe for me to use my wreath outdoors?

Wreaths make wonderful outdoor decorations for your home. Depending on the type of materials utilized for your wreath, exposure to the elements (rain, wind, heat) may damage it. A best practice is to place your wreath in a sheltered area where it will not be exposed to much wind, rain, or sunlight.

Feather wreaths are best for indoor use and are not recommended for outdoor use. Please use discretion if used outdoors-no direct sun or weather exposure to ensure intended long lasting life of wreath.

How can I clean my wreath?

Like any other household item, your wreath will likely pick up some dirt and dust. A feather duster or soft bristled brush can help maintain its appearance and keep it clean.
