Customer satisfaction is of utmost priority to us at Bonnie Harms and we will gladly accept returns on our pre-made wreaths. For returns, please contact us at Bonnie@bonnieharmsdesigns.com for a return verification number to be included with the return shipment.
For a full refund, please return item within 7 days in original, unused condition with all tags still attached. For items returned 7–30 days after, customers will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
We will work closely with you to ensure that you receive exactly what you envisioned. Any flaws or damage to the products will be taken care of immediately.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
